Kevin James always a pleasure to see and we love watching Angel Studios in our home, so when I saw the trailer I was already intrigued. I am so glad I gave it a chance. 

Great date night movie. It has all the aspects you would want in a romantic movie. It is both funny, romantic and heartbreaking with quirky characters and some laugh out loud moments

All I can say about the cast is just perfection. Each actor matched the character exactly how you would think they should. Of course, huge shout out to Kevin James as he holds your attention during all trials and adventures. 

No spoilers but mindbending twist at the end. 

Final Thoughts

As a date night movie with someone you care about it is great. Very rewatchable. 

Score: 7 out of 10. Recommend if you love Kevin James and romantic comedies.

The voice actors did a great job at continuing their growth and embodying their characters very well. Dealing with the aftermath of season 2 there is a lot of talking and as my hubby pointed out, a lot of teen angst, even though I'm pretty sure the characters are supposed to be in their early twenties. I did defend them on this front as the situations they were dealing with would throw off people much older. Just keep in mind a lot of talking. The main character of Arthur is played beautifully by James McAvoy and while the rest of the star-studded cast brought theirs to life with ease, I can not praise James enough. The childlike wonder in Arthur makes you easily root for him and James encapsulates his character perfectly.  Within the first few minutes of the movie, you get a complete sense of who each character is and how they interact with each other.
