***
The first movie I’ve seen with Lindsy Lohan since her return and I had high hopes.
The narration at the beginning providing some backstory was a little weird and felt out of place, especially given the person chosen so honestly I was nervous.
But wow, the said ‘botched’ proposal brought me into the story with a bang of both hilarity and heartbreak.
The cast did a great job and brought their characters to life. Each one felt very real and you started rooting for them as individuals even before the romance portion played a factor. Lindsey Lohan nailed this role and shout out to Ian Hading playing Logan as their chemistry was picture-perfect.

Is it just another Christmas romance movie?
However, I felt the characters were more ‘real’ and handled the situations in more of a that could be
someone’s life type way. This for me added the extra something that most of these movies just do not have.
I’m going to say Yes and No. I was so happy that there were still parts that play into the classic tropes.
Final Thoughts
Overall I think this one crushed it. It was all the things you want from a holiday movie. Funny, romantic, and
had characters you could really root for. Of course, some portions were predictable, yet everyone did such a
great job it was easy to overlook them.

Score: 7 out of 10. If you like these types of movies, I highly recommend it. Definite rewatch.
Always Keep Fighting.
You Are Enough.
